Shipping Information

We deliver most of our items to anywhere in the world. Just choose your delivery country and shipping charges will automatically be updated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination.

This charge will show up in the check-out page where it is included in the total cost.

Our aim is to dispatch all goods as soon as we get an order with next day dispatch in most cases. Should an item be out of stock you will be advised accordingly.

Cancellation of orders

Cancellations may be made as long as the order has not been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order please email us at contact@whatalovelygift.com, specifying your order number.

If the order has already been dispatched, you can return it when received. Please note that in this case shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are free to return it , unused and in its original saleable condition, for a refund or exchange. Each returned item must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packageing.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. However items ordered during the month of December have 30 days within which a return may be made. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the sender and refunds will be exclusive of shipping costs.

For expensive items, we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing in transit. The product remains your responsibility until signed for at the return address. We do not accept responsibility for returned products lost or damaged in the post.

Exceptions

We regret we cannot accept returns if :

• the packaging or the product has been damaged,
• the product does not arrive in a resaleable condition,
• the product has or have been personalized or made to order.

The cost of the item will be refunded to the same account used to make the order. Please note that refunds may take a few days to clear from the points of processing. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
